We do not provide photos or answer questions regarding items after the auction has ended. Bidders/buyers are responsible for obtaining your shipping cost estimate prior to placing your bid.

PHOTOGRAPHS:

All photographs are considered to be part of the description of the item, please be sure to review them before placing your bid. We DO NOT color enhance our photos. All photos are taken with iPads and under LED lighting. Due to the way individuals see colors, the differences in color computer monitors and cameras there may be slight variations and or differences between the actual item and the photographs. There are no returns accepted on any item for color variation.

SHIPPING:

Regarding lost or delayed packages: If a package has been or is being delayed (non-movement on the tracking number after 2-4 days), please notify us by opening a customer service ticket for your shipped item. We will, in turn, file a claim on our behalf with Fedex for your package. This will trigger a search for your package, if found by Fedex, your package will start moving again. If not found, Fedex will pay the claim. When Fedex marks the claim as paid in their system, we will then issue your refund, not before, no exceptions. This process can take 2-4 weeks to resolve. We check on claim statuses Monday through Friday and will issue your refund accordingly.

REMINDER: If you place your item on hold for pickup at a Fedex location, you have 7 days (including weekends) to pick up your package. Failure to pick up your package at the hold location results in the package being returned to us. You will then have to pay new shipping charges if you want your item re-shipped. If not, the item is then considered a donation and there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances.

Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical street address. If you have a PO Box setup on your account that you use, you may modify your SHIP TO ADDRESS when submitting your payment.
