Items are shipped from a pet free and smoke free environment.
Depending On your location, items will ship USPS, UPS or Fedex.
It will always ship one of the 3 even if the listing specifies one. Your item will be upgraded to Priority mail if more than one pound.
You will receive exactly what is pictured, unless there are multiple quantities available. Items has been tested and cleaned prior to listing. (notes are in listing as to condition, working, ect... If not listed as parts or noted, It works!)
If it is not pictured, it is not included. If there are any discrepancies in the listing the pictures always supersede, as that is the item you are purchasing. (ie model number, ect...) Unless there are multiple quantities available.
