In the year 2030 in Fuseo City, Chiba Prefecture, Arikawa Yoon of the "do-it-all" Otaki Factory goes to investigate a mysterious presence in a Western-style building where no one is supposed to be living. Jino Mei, a graduate student who studies fantasy creatures, goes to investigate a mysterious signal received at the old Tsuguno District Administration Office "Misakiok".
