A physical street address is required for all deliveries. It's important to us that every parcel completes its journey safe and sound. But we appreciate that some remote locations may only have the Post Office Box as an alternative collection point and if this is the case, we may opt to have these parcels returned to us in the case of non-deliverable by the delivering courier company and cancel/refund your order as a result.

Expect dispatch 1  business days. 

Expect delivery times are 2 - 8 business days Australia wide (from the day of dispatch). Please note that delivery's to WA may take 4 - 10 in transit once dispatched.

Please note, all the delivery dates times are provided by a third-party service provider and are only estimates.

Courier company: AUS POST & Other local couriers (eg: Toll). Please note the courier company will be chosen automatically for you depends on your location.

Note: Please make sure the contact name, mobile number and address were written clearly. Missing or wrong information may cause delay, additional charge, or lost.

Please note: if the parcel was returned to sender due to customers' mistake, e.g: wrong information left, unclaimed, etc, a $8 redelivery fee may be charged.

• Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return within 30 business days. 
• Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item. 
• We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received. 
• - Please wait for our confirmation on how the item is to be returned. 
• - The item must retain all original internal and external packaging. 
• - The item itself must not be opened. We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for a visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used. 
• - Just prior to returning it to us, ensure that there is nothing (e.g. return paperwork, email copy) stuck on the item or anywhere else inside of the box. 
• - Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box. 
• Refunds will only be processed PayPal,  depending on the original method of payment.
