Notice:
1. For perfect printing results, we advice performing a printhead cleaning procedure before printing begins, which will make a big difference.
2. After installing the new cartridge, a "Not Genuine" or "Empty Cartridge" message may pop up, please click "Yes" and continue printing.
3. If the error message says "Cartridge not recoqnised“ or "Cartridge damaged" , please wipe the chip contacts with an eraser and try to reinstall it.
Shipping Policy
1.Free standard shipping is provided on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.Orders outside of the continental 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories or International) will be subject to additional shipping charges.
2.All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS from our US warehouse and usually arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
