High-end speaker cabinet simulator now in pedal size. The main difference between the C.A.B. and the popular rack-type Torpedo Live is that the C.A.B. does not have a load box function. However, it does have an instrument-level signal input, which the Live does not. This allows you to connect pedal effectors directly. Of course, it can be connected to a PC just like Live. You can control parameters and download new impulse responses, etc. via a PC, just like in Live.
