• Cassettes are guaranteed to work. The case may be scratched or cracked but the insert and tape will be in good condition.

• Please allow one business days for packaging and preparing the shipment.
• Generally speaking, most items are shipped within twenty four hours.
• Once the package has been shipped, we can no longer control the package and can not control how quick it gets to you.
• We do NOT ship FEDEX.
