This item is the Lego 80103 Dragon Boat Race Set.

This set is incomplete, but includes all the necessary parts to assemble your dragon boat, along with a manual that will guide you every step of the way.

Set is missing the flame at back of red boat, a few mini figurines, and two flags on floaters, I believe. Not sure about other pieces missing, but might be a few more small pieces.

I will be shipping in bags of separate areas on the set and instruction manual book is included.
