This is a distortion pedal from Brazil. Although the outer box is damaged, the pedal itself is in almost unused condition. It comes with a warranty card from 2008 (expired), a Japanese manual, an English manual, and a genuine adapter.

It is a genuine product, so the adapter is for 100V specification. Despite being approximately 15 years old since its release, it is in such good condition that you would not think it has been that long.
