“ Figures in a village - outskirts of Paris "
A very interesting klarge french oil on canvas laid to board which dates to around 1830 and depictd figures in a village with a distant view towards Paris and the hill of Montmartre in the distance. This work is close to the landscaoes of the french painter Georges Michel (1763-1843). Very well executed and worthy of fruther research.
