This is a wonderful oil on canvas painting by Uruguay artist Willy Marchand (1912-1989). The artwork is signed on the front and then again on the back of the canvas which also shows the location as Punta Del Este, a glamorous coastal resort in Uruguay. Dimensions are 19” by 23” and slightly larger with frame. There are some written numbers on the stretcher board. Painting in very good condition with strong brushwork. Slightly loose in the frame.
