Antique theatre poster / playbill dated Monday, November 1st, 1813, for Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

Featuring a Comedy called The Inconstant; or Way to Win Him to which will be added the new farce - The Sleep Walk, or Which is the Lad.

This is a very early playbill, but suffers from significant losses mainly to lower section, tears to right margin and some light browning in colour. Please inspect the photos for condition - reflected in the price.

Measures 11" tall by 9" wide (28 cm x 23 cm)

On tissue-thin, flmsy paper, hence losses and tears. Please inspect the photos for condition - but overall it is poor.

Nevertheless, extremely scarce, and a remarkable survivor - 211 years old.

Worth £50-100 in good condition.

These antique theatre playbills are almost impossible to find as they were so flimsy and very, very few survived. Their rarity means they will only increase in value.

Price reflects condition.
