Victorian Synyer & Beddoes Repousse Silver Cased Perfume Scent Bottle - 7x5x3.5cm

Ornate, decorotive repousse worked silver case with a clip & hinged opening at the top, revealing the cork bottle top. Then, the case is opened via the side to reveal within the green glass scent bottle. Fully hallmarked on case: Synyer & Beddoes (on one side), Birmingham, 1897 (on the other side).

Condition: Used - the hinge has had a repair: solder mark in the centre on one side different in appearance to the rest; the pin has also been replaced, but not configured right causing it to stick out at one side, though it is secure. Oxidation/tarnish visible, notably the hinged lid & within the case.
