Comic was found brand new - sealed in Cellophane with 6 other issues (also listed).

The Cellophane was carefully cut between the bindings and with gloved hands, backed & Boarded personally

They were taken to Rhino Comics in Rochester, NY - pressed and graded in September of 2023

Contents are SEALED by CGC and have not been removed from an additional protective cover until the point of photographing for this listing.  NO scratches or marks on the CGC Casing. There is a close up photo of a VISIBLE flaw on the front of the spine of the comic, resulting in a 9.2 grade.
