Valiant and TV.21 Comic 29th April 1972 – Barry John Cover.
This is a decent example of Valiant and TV.21 Comic from the week 29th April 1972. It measures 11¼” x 9” and the 40 pages contain comic strip stories – mainly in black and white, except for the Star Trek one in the centre pages that is colour. Also there are interesting adverts – for sweets / ice cream, model kits etc. One page has a small tear near the bottom edge but nothing is missing. As was usual with this comic at the time the front cover has pictures under the heading Who Is It, and there are clues as to the identity of the star – in this case Rugby Union player – Barry John (revealed on the It’s All Yours page inside, if you did not recognise him).
