After tons of requests the 95-01 RD1 Honda CRV rear disk conversion bracket kit is completed, kits are in stock and ready to ship!

These use 02-06 RSX rear calipers/ ebrake cables/ brake lines these will need to be paired with 97-01 prelude brake rotors.

Best part is you don’t need to swap trailing arms!

What’s included in the kit:

-Left and right rear disk brackets

-Left and right ebrake cable brackets

-2 ebrake cable retaining clips

-10 mounting bolts and 6 locking washers

*Only use washers on the hub bolt holes and not caliper mounting points*

-All parts are powder coated to insure a long lasting kit with no rust down the road

Installation:

-Remove all drum components

-you’ll need to remove wheel bearings to pull the drum brake dust shield off or cut the dust shield as it will no longer be used.

-install the caliper mounting bracket with 3 bolts and 3 locking washers on each side

-you’ll need to trim your trailing arm to allow clearance for the calipers. (see images)

-install your 97-01 prelude brake rotor

-install 02-06 RSX calipers, please note that the calipers must be reverse mounted or they will not bolt up. Best way to do this is to bleed the calipers first then install them. If you don’t bleed them first you’ll have an air pocket trapped since they’ll be mounted upside down.

-Once you have your calipers mounted, install the provided ebrake cable mounting bracket. The bolts for the bracket are not included in the kit but will come with the RSX calipers when you purchase them. These will only bolt on one way so please See images for correct orientation.

-install ebrake cable and provided retaining clip
