Tips for electric drill processing operation:
①When drilling, the drill bit and the stainless steel plate are at a vertical angle of 90°
②If the hole is larger than 6mm, first use a 3.2mm-4mm drill to make small holes, and then use a large drill to ream the hole.
③The electric drill chuck must clamp the double-end drill. The shorter the exposed part, the better. The cutting edge of the drill does not need to be too sharp or too sharp.
④The number of revolutions of the electric drill should be between 800-1500.
⑤ Before punching, you can use a sample punch (or a nail instead) to punch the center point at the punching position first, and the drill will not deviate.
