1. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
2. All items will be dispatched within 1 business day by AUSPOST or our couriers after the payment is clear. The arrival time depends on some factors and different areas.
3. Under normal conditions, delivery will take 3 to 8 days after it is dispatched, depending on your location. Remote areas might take longer. You can also use the tracking number shown in your eBay to track the current status of your delivery.
4. If the delivery time exceeded the ETA, please contact us and we will help you with our best efforts.
5. We use AUSPOST LETTER to send small items, which is not available for the tracking number. So please contact us if you do not receive the delivery on time.
6. If the parcel is not successfully delivered due to buyer’s reason (incorrect address, forget to pick up) and the item is returned to us by the courier, we will have to charge additional fees for resending the parcel.
We accept returns if you contact us within 30 days after you receive the item. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:
1. Your product was damaged during transit.
2. Your product is faulty.
3. You change your mind and wish to request a return.
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.
We have checked all items before sending out, if you receive any broken item, please contact us immediately and send the picture. We will give you a satisfying respond and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
