LP Moon of Wat Baan Jan (Sisaket Province) was one of the greatest gurus who lived to the age of 109 years during the reign of King Rama 5 to King Rama 9.
He was born on 15 April BE2437 (CE1897). He was a novice monk at the age of 14 and practiced Buddhism under the guidance of Phra Ajahn Sida, the abbot of Wat Ban Jan before ordaining as a monk in BE2460 (CE1920) at the age of 23.
LP Moon resided back to Wat Ban Jan 2520 (CE1977) after he gained his knowledge in mastering his Magical Practices and Dharma's way by Tudong (Practice Forest Monastery). LP Moon always travelled around in Thailand, Malaysia, Laos & Cambodia to seeks for great gurus who can guide him more on Dharma and Magical Practices. LP Moon passed away in his hut on 11 March BE2546 (CE2003) @ 7.30am, at the age of 109 years and 86 years of monkshood.
