Refund or Replacement request is available within 14 days after parcel received and returning the item as the same condition as received.

Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipping to buyer punctually.

In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued.

Items returned without authorization will be refused and returned to sender/buyer.
