You are looking at the steering box, power steering slave cylinder, control valve system a 64 Chevy Impala. Correct for 61 to 64 full size Chevy. These parts are being offered for rebuild. Just removed from a car that sat for years. I gave no way to test them. The steering box is unique to P/S. It is 5 ½ turns, lock to lock (manual box looks the same but is 6 ½ turns). It is in good condition. No tight spots or sloppiness. Tie rod ends should be replaced due to age. The center link valve and cylinder were protected but grease and oil from a leaky timing chain cover and will clean up nicely. Other than a pump, this setup is complete with all the arms and brackets that are unique to P/S.
