This stroller functions as it should and comes from a smoke free home. Please note the signs of wear, as seen in photos. Some of the elastics have worn out over time and need to be wrapped around a few times instead of once. Also, one elastic is missing on one side (see photo) that holds the bottom of the seat to the frame (does not affect function).
