Dudley Moore and Eddie Murphy star in this comedy about combat technology. Wylie Cooper (Moore) is an inept engineer in the US defense department, whose career gets an unexpected boost when designs for a superior gyro system fall into his hands. Flash forward a couple of years to Kuwait, where Lieutenant Landry (Murphy) is on the frontline, assigned the unfortunate task of taking Wylie's designs into battle. Meanwhile the FBI has its suspicions about the origins of the blueprints that Wylie is claiming as his own. |
