Condition of Model:

This is New-Old Stock, so may have been on display, picked up and looked at by prospective customers, or in storage for some time.

There is nothing missing or broken, no paint missing, or marking to the model.

Model Faults / Key Points Identified:

Just like many of our other models available, this model is New-Old stock and therefore may have been handled or kept in storage for periods of time. The model appears to be in good condition, but has obviously been displayed at some point as there is a little dust on it.

Box Condition:

The box looks to be good, the window was badly damaged when it arrived. We have replaced this so it now looks much better. There is some shelf wear and maybe a good clean would not hurt, but otherwise it appears good. The inner tray has some splits, these have been taped up, see picture.

Postage:

• Our standard service for these items is Royal Mail Second Class.
• You have the options to upgrade your shipping as per the listing options or to request an updated invoice for Special Delivery / an alternative service.

• We are happy to combine items within a reasonable weight using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Yodel services. Please add the items to your basket (do not use the Buy It Now button) then use the "Request total price from seller" option in the basket screen / Purchase History screen to request an updated invoice for combined postage. It is important that you do not make your payment until we have sent the updated invoice.
• Any combinations above standard parcel sizes and weights will need to be quoted for the most efficient shipping method.

• Please note that we only use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Yodel services, even for shipping to the GSP warehouse.

• Single items over a value of £150 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard.

• We aim to dispatch next day for orders before 2PM, but please allow up to 2 days for other business activities.

• Purchased items can also be collected free of charge from our Wrexham office by appointment - please contact us to arrange a suitable time and day of the week. To use this option please select Collection in Person from the postage options. If you need the item quickly/same day, please call us on 01978 541606 to check we are available before selecting.

Postage Restrictions:

Orders being shipped to Argos/Sainsbury's and other pick up locations cannot be combined through the system.

eBay Global Shipping Program:

• For our overseas customers using eBay's Global Shipping Program only:
• If you wish us to combine your orders, we must do so before you pay. Please follow the process for requesting an invoice as per the above Postage details.
• You must purchase the items, but do not pay for them. Use the "Request total price from seller" option in the basket / checkout / Purchase History screen.
• If you are unable to use the "Request total price from seller" option from any of these screens please contact us, as we must create a new single listing to combine all purchases instead.
• You then purchase this combined listing and we cancel your original orders.
