Pulled this card myself right around the time of his truly unfortunate passing.  Purchased boxes from a great store that used to be in the SkyWalk in Toronto, which goes from Union Station to the SkyDome.  

Card went straight from a pack into a screw-down.  Opened and put into a sleeve for the picture.  These cards were notorious for coming out of the pack in a condition that was not mint.  Priced accordingly.  

Will be shipped with tracking number and in screw-down case for protection.
