Vtg. Barker Bros "Cathay-Danube|" Staffordshire Ironstone lot of Saucer Plates. Good Condition. Bright Clean and ready to use. Some flea bites on 3 of them . There are 5 plates marked "Cathay" on the back however and 4 marked Danubel which is the same pattern. The Danubel , in my opinion is a tad bit darker and heftier.

The mark also reads Bone White Ironstone Barker Bros.LTD Staffordshire England Permanent Underglaze Detergent proof Colours. Plates are clean of utensil marks and there are no chips.
