Aeonium arboreum 'Atropurpureum' is a beautiful evergreen succulent with many branches and colorful rosettes. It can grow into a shrub-like plant, up to 3-5 ft. tall (90-150 cm). Like other aeoniums, its growth seasons are fall, winter, and spring. During hot summer months, it may go dormant and do not require any water, except in excessive dry conditions. While drought tolerant, Aeoniums require more regular watering than other succulents because of their relatively small, shallow root system.

You will enjoy watching the leaves changing color through the seasons from reddish-green to deep reddish-purple.

Please understand that the leaves may change the color and some of them may fall off during shipping time due to traveling, dehydration, and lack of sunlight. The plant will bounce back in a few days from etiolation once she settles at her new home.

After unpacking, you can put the cuttings in the water and waiting around 10-15 days for the roots coming out, then plant them in the soil. You can also plant the cuttings directly in the soil, then water them regularly in the first two weeks.
