Not sure how it got like this. It is missing the pawl, and tiny
balls. If you have all good internal parts, but need a new handle,
this is a good handle. Looking at the Stanley web site, they do
not sell a rebuild kit. So this Ratchet is NOT repairable. But you
might use these parts to fix your ratchet. We are selling this for
the remaining parts only. It is not working. And missing some parts.
