This is a New Old Stock Genuine Lotus Heated Rear Screen Switch for a Lotus Elan S4, Elan Sprint and a Heated Rear Screen Switch plus Fog & Spot Light Switch for a Lotus Elan Plus 2. Lotus part number X036 M 6094Z that has not been available from Lotus for many years. There are some storage scratches on one face of the switch that can be seen in photo's 1 & 2 in the listing. These have happened when another identical switch was in the same parts bag and the electrical tabs of it have rubbed against this switch. The other identical switch was sold along with the bag and parts label and is shown for identification of the part number in photos 7 & 8 of this listing. The last photos in the listing are of the Lotus Elan Service Parts List and the Lotus Elan Plus 2 Service Parts that show this switch and lists the models that it fits. These original Genuine Lotus switches fit the dashboard without modifying the mounting hole in the dashboard and fit at the correct dashboard level. This is the last one of these switches that I have.
