I have never seen another one of these for sale. From what I understand, these were promos given out in the UK when Butchered at Birth was released. This is the original UK version of the cd with butcher’s paper taped over it. What makes this unique is that the butcher’s paper is stamped with the Cannibal Corpse logo and the title of the album.

The cd is sealed with shrink wrap intact, but slightly open on a few sides (see pictures).
