Cosmetic condition is good. Some wear from use. I gave it a good clean, but there are still a few parts with sticker residue.

Gun n' Roses Slash graphic looks great. Some scuffs and nicks, but nothing huge. Stickers on the frets are worn, but I'll leave it up to you to remove.

Tested on Guitar Hero and works great. Whammy bar falls to the 6 o'clock position when not held. I cannot guarantee that it does not double strum, but it did not happen during my test.
