The Mega2560 Board is 100% compatible with Arduino IDE and most shields designed for the mega2560 r3 board.
It solves the incompatibility and instability of traditional boards on Win7 and Win8 systems.
The RESET circuit is an improvement over the 2011 version. RESET is reset unexpectedly, and the RESET circuit is more stable.
The external interface is based on the 2011 version, SDA and SCL (located on the left side of AREF), and the IOREF interface can provide a voltage reference to the SHIELD. And for the compatibility of series products in the future, consider the left side of IOREF to reserve a port.
The ATmega2560 of Mega 2560 R3 Controller Board has 256 KB of flash memory for storing code (of which 8 KB is used for the bootloader), 8 KB of Spram and 4 KB of EEPROM (which can be read and written with the Eeprom library).
Besides the 54 digital I/O pins and 16 analog inputs, it also has 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It provides everything needed to support the micro-controller. You will simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with an AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started.
Replacing the 2011 version of the ATMEGA8U2 with ATMEGA16U2 chips, the capacity of ISPFLASH is doubled, which is convenient for more powerful function expansion development needs. In addition to providing the traditional USB to serial port function, ATMEGA16U2 also allows users to program and define other functions, such as configuring the USB port as a mouse, keyboard, gamepad, camera, etc.

1. Download the USB chip driver
2. Plug in the 2560 development board, and the driver will be installed automatically
3. Select the board in DIE: MEGA2560
4. Select the COM port, this can be queried in my computer, just your 2560 development board in the port
5. It is best to choose first, the routine program that comes with it, and record it
