How did you calculate the 'buy it now' price

I have reviewed current online suppliers and past auctions of this item. I have also included delivery in the listing BIN price. This is a significant saving on the new price.

Where did this item come from?

This item was purchased from an internet retailer as a clearance item (returned stock, unable to deliver etc).

Does the item include any manufacturers warranty?

I would always advise that you assume no manufacturers warranty due to the items been purchased as open box stock etc. I offer a return period to ensure you are 100% delighted with your purchase.

What guarantee do you offer?

Ebay is full of sellers who take no responsibility once they take payment. I offer 30 days to give buyers a chance to fully evaluate their purchase.

Can I return the item?

Yes, of course. All I ask is that you contact me first and pay the return postage (I will refund this cost for mistakes which I am responsible for). The item should be packaged securely (ideally in original packaging) and sent by a service which will offer full compensation if lost or damaged. I do record serial numbers and security mark items to protect myself from the fraudulent buyers.

Do you have the actual items for sale?

Yes. Some sellers simply drop ship stock from other suppliers.

The price is already very competitive, probably the cheapest delivered price on Ebay. I will offer a discount for collection or quantity.

Payments accepted

Ebay promotes PayPal or Cash (for collection in person). Cheques can take several weeks to clear and are therefore too inconvenient for buyer and seller. PayPal cannot be accepted when collected items due to the risk of chargebacks (which cannot be defended without postage tracking).
