how to use:

1. Find a quiet place where you can lie down or sit for about 10 minutes. It can be placed on the bed, sofa, floor or recliner.

2. Place the neck collar of the device in the middle of the neck.

3. Gently reposition the device up or down along your spine to find the most comfortable position for your neck, shoulders and back. Make sure the spine is between the two rows of massage points to guarantee relaxation.

4. Once comfortable, sink your neck further into the support. Bend your knees and place your hands next to your head. Breathing slowly and deeply can help you relax.

5. Notice how the support enhances your posture. At this point you may find that you are releasing tension.

6. You may notice further relaxation of your neck, trapezius, shoulder and back muscles and your posture becoming more consistent.

7. Gently reposition every few minutes to prevent local fatigue. You can reassign your role if necessary.

8. Like any new exercise, start slowly. Use for 5 minutes, then reassess if you can use it for another 5 minutes. Progress gradually as you feel comfortable.
