This auction is for a Hot Wheels 2002 JC Penny Factory Treasure Hunt Boxed Set with Factory Frame to hang on wall.  Cars are New in Mattel made Treasure Hunt Frame as pictured.  Comes with Frame to hang set on the wall and the white shipper box.  Also comes all the pieces of the foam insert piece that houses the set.  I am not sure but in looking at the foam it looks to be broken in places.  Not sure if it was designed like this my Mattel to be like this or not.  I was not the person who originally opened the set and I do not know.  The set of 12 cars were not removed from the factory frame to inspect them as I did not want to take a chance on damaging something by taking the factory frame apart.
