Grinding wheel assembly:
1. Before installing the grinding wheel filled with lubricant, the motor shaft grinding wheels must apply a layer of lubricant.
2. The grinding wheel is mounted on the motor shaft, the fixed screw position is higher than the motor shaft. The position of the grinding wheel on the axis must be at least 1/8 "diamond part above the operating table.
3. Fasten the grinding wheel clockwise onto the shaft.
Installation: Pay attention to the stability of the grinding wheel installed in the engine shaft of the aircraft.
Operation Note:
1. Cannot grind without water. Make sure the grinding wheel is wet
2. Do not use too much starch when using the low-thickness grinding wheel. Too much

3. Clean the water tank after use. Remove the container and clean the rest of the residue
after grinding.
4. To extend the life of the grinder, remove all grinding wheels and the fixed screw 25 hours after each use and apply lubricant to the motor shaft.
5. If the grinding wheel is not used for a week or longer, it must be ground on the stage so that the direct axis does not get caught.
This will help you check the motor shaft and the wheel will keep its habit.
6. Do not grind metal. When grinding metal, the grinding wheel is damaged and glass can no longer be ground.
