Spines for 16mm, 25mm, 38m & 50mm.

Covers: Printed on 230gm / m2 glossy photo paper with an inkjet printer using the manufacturers ink. Each sheet weighs 15 grams. The card has 5mm margins and a larger margin at the top 15mm. These margins blend with a white binder but can be trimmed easily. The base background colours that we've used in artwork are matched to "Samsill Durable Binders" (mainly island assortment). 

Sheets are printed on a "normal quality" setting and doesn't use the black ink cart. The glossy paper when using a black ink doesn't dry even over long periods and smudges very easily. The black is made up from the colour and the per cart averages around 12-15 prints vs 200 prints with normal paper. 

These are waterproof and won't smudge.They are covered with copy paper and into cellophane seal.

Cutting = Use a thin blade with a metal ruler if you need to trim and the spines. Cover the printed area with the paper provided with the print before you trim to prevent any shavings from the print going onto the printed surface.

Inserting Spines = Remove and trim the spine if it gets too tight at any point when inserting, it's strong paper but you will force a crease in it if you are not careful.
