I ship Globally via eBay's Global Shipping Program. If your country is covered by that service the listing you sent the question from should state estimated shipping costs and any import fee's that may be required by your country. Items purchased & shipped using that service are shipped to the USA distribution center sponsored by eBay. They will provide tracking info on items purchased from the respective covered countries under the Global Shipping Program. I only see & receive the actual cost of the item plus any shipping fee stated shipping to a USA address.
