This has never been displayed or worn. Plastic protective shields are intact on both the front and back.
Box measures 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 1 1/2". There is a tiny blemish on wood below the tile. I circled it in a photo.
This has been in our personal collection since its original purchase in 1995.
