It turns on and lights up. all buttons work as normal. It does not hold a charge for a long time. The charger's wire is a little brittle on the ends and is damaged. The inner wires are still good and it works fine.  Please look at pictures carefully. They are exactly what you will recieve and a representation of the condition your item is in.
