Warranty & Returns:

 

• 1.     Unneeded products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are undamaged, still have all packaging and or labelling that render them ‘new’ still intact and have passed re-testing.

• 2.     After 30 days no refunds will be issued.

• 3.     Faulty goods may be returned under warranty within 12 months of delivery for a repair or replacement if undamaged.

• 4.     The warranty replacement item will continue the same warranty as the item it is replacing. If the item it is replacing has less than 90 days warranty remaining, the warranty for the replacement item will be 90 days from delivery.

• 5.     Items returned due to an error by MacBits will receive a full refund, and shipping costs will be covered by MacBits.

• 6.     Refunds for items returned without packaging, damaged/incomplete items, or items that failed due to misuse, mishandling, or connection to other faulty parts may be refused at the discretion of MacBits.
