This is a really nice antique 3 piece parlor set in the Empire to Victorian transitional period, c890-1900. Having a 2 seat settee with 2 matching armchairs. Each with scroll mahogany frame, upholstered rear and sides with loose cushions and standing a shaped leg ending in a pawed foot. Currently upholstered in a white patterned fabric but it is somewhat worn and has a few tears on outside of settee. Frame is in good condition but does show some signs of age and use.

Set measures 27 wide X 39.5 X 25 deep for the chairs & 51 wide X 40 X 25 deep for the settee.

Shipping is not included in the purchase price and is determined by the size of the piece and the final destination. Shipping is done by 3rd party companies and may take as long as 4-6+ weeks. All shipping charges are to be paid directly to the shippers. All shipping, large and small is insured for the purchase price, not the value.

Sorry but I will only issue refunds for the item purchase price only for items that are not as described, not for they did not fit or I changed my mind. Items must be returned as they were sent and any return shipping charges are to be paid at the buyer's expense.

 I am able to offer a fast discounted shipping charge of $125 to Westchester County, NYC, parts of Long Island and from Greenwich CT to New Haven between i95 & Merritt Parkway

This a larger item and will need to be shipped with a furniture delivery service. I will contact and gather the shipping costs for you but the shipping cost is to be paid directly to the shipper. Once the item is paid for, I will confirm the shipment is ready to be picked up. The buyer and shipper should now be in communication with each other about payment for the shipping. Shipping times vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on location and scheduling. 

Please note shipping large items is not cheap. Some examples are $200-400 for the East-Coast, $300-500 for the Midwest and Central locations and $400+ for anything going west. Prices will vary based on the size of the piece, the shipper, where they are going and what they are hauling. 


 If you need an estimate for shipping please contact us and we will estimate a price for you. Those prices are just estimated based on similar items to similar locations.

Refunds will only be given of the purchase price only if an item arrives NOT AS DESCRIBED. No refunds for I changed my mind, found something else or item did not fit. Items being returned in this nature, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and a refund will only be issued if item is returned as sent. 


You are welcome to use any carrier of your choosing, just let us know. If you are going to use your own shipper, please note we do not crate or package large items and this service must be provided by the shipper you hire.
