First edition in the original paper wraps.
The titles are printed in black on the front cover.

The booklet measures approx 7½" x 5" and it has 56 pages.

 

Some of the contributions were first printed in the Land Girl, the Magazine of the Women's Land Army, and some from "Meet the Members", published by the Women's Timber Corps.
Contributors include Molly Capes, Inez M. Jenkins, Doreen Strange, Phyllis White, Alice Coats, Enid Barraud and June Benians.

The wrapper, endpapers, title page, prelims and Index page are foxed.

There is sporadic light foxing throughout and some loss to the paper spine.

There is also a neat gift inscription on the front wrapper flap.

A good copy of a very scarce Sackville-West item.
