Japanese Maekake Apron Cotton Traditional Workwear Canvas Indigo Soy Sauce MK9

Description

Vtg Japanese Apron Maekake Maedare

This is a vintage Japanese apron, Maekake. Maekake is an apron, a piece of cloth with strings that covers the front of the garment, especially from the waist down. The Maekake fabric and string are thicker than regular aprons. Wrapping it around your waist and tightening that works like a corset and reduces the burden on your lower back, and prevents clothes from getting dirty. The kanji written on the apron is "peerless, Kikko man, and company logo." (Soy sauce company)
