I'm no professional grader. So I tell you what I see. This cover looks very good.  All my comics that I'm selling are in a clear plastic Sleeve. Some have a cardboard in the sleeve and some do not. I have added a picture of my list of comics I'm selling. If you see something you want please go to my other items for sale and find it. I have added two photos of each cover one is a scan of the cover the other has been taken with a camera. Hoping you can see the covers condition.
