DESCRIPTION:  Bennington Potters cottage milk pitcher in the Morning Glory Blue spongeware pattern.   I'm relatively confident this is a Bennington Potters piece, although the bottom is simply stamped TINT with no Bennington reference.  I live 40 minutes from the Vermont manufacturing location and have little reason to doubt this is an authentic piece.  I do believe it's a more modern production piece as opposed to vintage.  The pitcher holds 1.75 quarts or 7 cups.  It measures 6.5" high and 8.5" from spout to handle.  The base diameter is 6.25".  Heavy ceramic stoneware that weighs 2 lbs, 13 oz.   Excellent pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks or interior staining.

SHIPPING:  Buyer is responsible for fixed fee USPS Priority Mail shipping in the amount of $13.95.  The shipping amount includes Delivery Confirmation Tracking and insurance.   If your Priority Mail package/purchase has been damaged by the USPS during transit do not discard the box or packaging materials.  Pictures of the damage, shipping carton and packing materials will be required to file an insurance claim for reimbursement.  Many times the USPS will require that the entire package be brought to the local post office for inspection to validate the claim and issue a refund.

PAYMENT:   All payments must be made directly through Ebay using their approved payment options.  I cannot accept Paypal, Venmo, checks, money orders or cash. Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end.  Those buyers who have not met the terms and conditions noted will be subject to non-paying bidder penalties.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:  I do my very best to be honest and to give as accurate descriptions as possible, however, inadvertent errors and omissions may occasionally occur.  I strongly urge all bidders to examine the photos and email me with any questions, clarifications or concerns prior to bidding.  I do not claim to be an expert in any field, and determine quality and condition based on judgment.  Since quality and condition is subjective and since nearly all of the items I sell on ebay are old, used or vintage, all items are offered ?AS IS? and all sales are final unless I have grossly misrepresented the item.
