Offered here is a Wedgwood Plate commissioned by the Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Washington, D.C., to commemorate the 1932 Bicentennial of the birth of George Washington. This scene from the series depicts an illustration of the DAR Memorial Constitution Hall in dark cobalt blue on creamware. It measures 10 1/4” diameter and made in 1932, is in superior condition.
