Tokai's hard puncher is popular as a Japan vintage item. The Tokai Spa logo switch and the 7-digit serial to 6-digit serial switch were made around 1982, and this machine with the T logo was made between 1982 and 1984. The solid and core sound that you would expect from a Plebe is loud enough that you wouldn't expect it from the price.
