You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1703-129 "Colonial Mansion."  

This kit was released in 1957. NOTE: this the blue roof and blue trim version. The box is incorrect - it is marked "red."

This kit is COMPLETE. The plastic parts to this kit are in "excellent" condition. 

The box is correctly marked and in very good++ condition. A nice collectible piece. 

These Colonial Mansion houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection especially when illuminated.
