If you have this ornament and the sound doesn't work, I can repair it.  Nearly 90%+ of these have failed, and it can be repaired.  I am a retired electronics technician and I know exactly what the problem is.  I can repair it. It will look exactly like you send it to me.

Now for the details:

• I only repair ornaments that have not had repair attempts tried on them before.  I will be able to tell if this has occurred, and will return the ornament at your expense.  I will ship back with any repair attempt deducting the return shipping costs.
• If I can't fix it, I will refund your cost minus the return shipping.
• These may not work on the Legacy Hallmark Power cord, so there are no guarantees on that.  Thus if that is the cord you are using, this repair service is not for you.
• I will provide you with a movie (which includes your username in it and date) that shows your ornament working prior to sending it back--so that you know it it is the ornament you will receive.
• All you need to ship me is the ornament.  No paperwork or box please.
